DICE N+ EDI Research Workshop

23 September 2026

Join us to contribute your insight to our EDI Research Workshop, 10:00-12:00 online on 23 September

As industries increasingly embrace digital technologies to enable circular business models, an important question remains largely unexplored: who benefits, who may be disadvantaged, and how can we ensure the transition is equitable and inclusive? This interactive workshop will develop new knowledge to address that gap and generate some of the first evidence in this emerging field.

Why join?

  • Gain experience using the EDI cards to develop your skills for future funding applications
  • Benefit from diverse perspectives to enhance your understanding of EDI associated to your area of work
  • Contribute to leading research in this space

What is the workshop format

Led by Assistant Professor Oliver Fisher, EDI Lead for the DICE N+, the session will use EDI Cards to prompt discussion and capture diverse perspectives from across industry, policy, academia and the third sector. Insights gathered will help shape a future academic journal article and an industry-facing white paper, creating practical guidance for organisations navigating the transition to a more circular and digitally enabled economy.

No prior EDI expertise is required, just a willingness to contribute your perspective and help shape this important conversation. To provide a breadth of perspective, we especially welcome industry, third sector and policy partners to join us.
