REACT 2026: International Conference on Responsible Electronics and Circular Technologies

17 November 2026

The DICE Network+ is proud to be an organising partner of the 2nd International Conference on Responsible Electronics and Circular Technologies (REACT 2026), taking place on 17-18 November 2026 at the Technology and Innovation Centre in Glasgow.

REACT is a £6M+ UKRI-funded Green Economy Centre, led by the University of Glasgow, providing a world-leading research initiative supporting the electronic, ICT, semiconductor, quantum and photonics industries in transitioning to a circular economy and reducing emissions. The conference will bring together leading researchers, industry innovators, policymakers and sustainability experts to explore how responsible electronics can support this transition to a more circular and sustainable digital future.

REACT 2026 showcases the latest advances in sustainable ICT, covering topics including circular electronics design, critical raw materials, sustainable manufacturing, green data centres, digital product passports, value retention strategies, and policy innovation. The programme features keynote speakers, industry collaboration opportunities, panel discussions, exhibitions and research presentations from across the responsible electronics ecosystem.

The conference aligns closely with the DICE N+ mission to harness digital innovation in support of a circular economy, creating opportunities for collaboration across academia, industry and government. We encourage members of the DICE Network+ community to attend, submit papers and join the conversation shaping the future of sustainable digital technologies.
