Approach:
The DICE Network+ has an ambitious approach with a desire to create impact and meaningful change within the sector.
As part of our focus on engaging Early Careers Researchers, this Access Fund provides small, fast-turnaround awards to help members of our ECR Community participate in and / or organise activities that directly support the DICE Network+ objectives.
The fund is designed to remove barriers to engagement, build capacity, and enhance visibility of ECR-led work across the wider community.
Headlines
– Maximum award: up to £200 (with larger amounts considered for non-travel related activities)
– Co-funding: We look favourably on applications with a contribution from your host institution where appropriate (e.g., student development funds, departmental support) and look favourably at match funding requests.
– Outputs: To contribute to the wider DICE N+ outreach and support communications, we request a short article or blog post and photos within 3 days of the event.
Application Process
Applications will be considered and funds allocated on a rolling basis.
